Our Purpose and Why We Serve

Every day, courts and government agencies face complex processes that take time away from the work that matters most. At FSX, our solutions help these professionals spend less time on process and more time on meaningful work. For over 30 years, we have combined decades of innovation and expertise, supporting courts, government agencies, and law firms in simplifying workflows, reducing administrative burdens, and focusing on the tasks that keep the justice system moving. Every tool we create is designed to make operations smoother, information more accessible, and decisions faster so the people behind the system can do their work efficiently.

About Us

Connecting People with Technology

Nationwide-Growth.jpg

From Early Beginnings to Nationwide Growth

Our journey began with a simple idea: make electronic filing easier for courts and law firms. FSX was one of the first eFiling providers, and since then, we have grown into a national eSolutions provider, supporting nearly every area of document management and workflow automation. Our growth reflects a simple truth. When we serve with integrity and listen to our clients, we create tools that endure.

A History of Innovation

Over the years, FSX has combined several industry-leading companies — CourtLink, JusticeLINK, LawPlus, and Verilaw — into one comprehensive platform: File & ServeXpress. These acquisitions bring together the best in eFiling and eService innovation, creating a platform that manages over 100 million documents, operates in 1,800 courts and agencies nationwide, and supports more than 200,000 registered users, including the top 100 litigation firms.

The Vision That Started It All

It all started with noticing a gap. Tammy Carter, our founder, saw that legal professionals were spending too much time on process and not enough on progress. She imagined solutions that would connect technology with the people who keep the justice system moving. That vision has transformed FSX, setting up the tone for everything we do today.

How We Bring That Vision to Life

Turning vision into action requires more than technology. It requires thoughtful design and ongoing support. FSX builds tools that are adaptable, secure, and reliable. We help courts and agencies modernize systems, improve service delivery, and navigate digital transformation while keeping people at the center of every solution. Our decades of experience and proven track record ensure solutions are not only innovative but trusted nationwide.

The People Who Make it Happen

Behind every solution is a dedicated team. From implementation specialists and client success managers to developers and court liaisons, every FSX team member shares a commitment to doing what is right, not just what is easy.

We believe in partnership. We listen, adapt, and collaborate to deliver solutions that fit the unique needs of every client. Our leadership team, led by CEO Tammy Carter, brings decades of experience in law, technology, and court administration. This combination of technical knowledge and deep industry understanding ensures clients receive guidance and support through every phase of modernization.

How We Work with You

Successful solutions begin with understanding. We take the time to learn how courts and agencies operate before building a plan that aligns with their goals. Our modular implementation approach ensures that each project fits seamlessly into existing systems. We provide hands-on training, clear documentation, and year-round support because long-term success depends on collaboration, not just technology.

Solutions That Make a Difference

Our tools are designed for real-world impact. FSX eSolutions run on a modern Microsoft technology stack and connect in real time to court case management systems through secure integrations. This platform reduces manual processes, increases accuracy, and gives users confidence that every filing is handled securely and efficiently.

Our solutions include eFiling, eService, eBinder, Electronic Filing Manager (EFM), Clerk Review, Judge Review, Case Flow, FSX Agency, and other tools that serve both courts and agencies.
