Eydie Nash Gaiser is the Director of Client Relations at FSX, a vital role in fostering strong partnerships with current and prospective clients, focusing on delivering exceptional value, and ensuring client success. With more than two decades of experience in court administration and civil litigation practice, Gaiser brings a wealth of judicial and legal knowledge to FSX and its customers, facilitating improved internal and external communication regarding court process and procedure rules and law firm practices.
Gaiser’s career includes serving as the Clerk of Court for the Supreme Court of Appeals and Intermediate Court of Appeals of West Virginia until her retirement February 2024. Her dedication to the legal profession is evident through her active involvement in organizations such as the National Conference of Appellate Court Clerks (NCACC), where she held various leadership positions, including president from 2020 to 2021.
She earned her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 1988 after completing undergraduate studies at Wheeling University in 1985. Gaiser’s professional journey also includes a tenure with the Office of the State Courts Administrator of the Florida Supreme Court, where she contributed to judicial education initiatives.
Gaiser’s multifaceted background, encompassing private law practice and extensive court administration experience, uniquely positions her to support FSX’s internal and external customer base.
