Kevin Woest is responsible for managing and leading business operations across File & ServeXpress. He oversees multiple project streams and constituencies among our internal staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring coordination and alignment across the organization.
Woest works closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team to support strategic planning and organizational priorities. He contributes to long-term planning efforts and helps guide initiatives that align with company goals.
His responsibilities include overseeing complex, cross-functional projects and ensuring they are delivered in a timely, compliant, and efficient manner. Woest’s experience managing large-scale initiatives allows him to identify opportunities for internal process improvements and strengthen collaboration across FSX teams. He and his team focus on delivering consistent, reliable outcomes for users and clients while maintaining strong operational standards.
In addition, Woest recommends ways to enhance operational effectiveness, improve efficiencies, support business continuity, and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
Before joining FSX, Woest held several key leadership roles at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America, where he advanced from a banking center manager to a Senior Vice President and global team leader. In these roles, he developed and executed workforce management strategies for global technology and operations, identifying significant efficiencies by introducing improved processes and eliminating redundancies.
Woest brings extensive experience in developing Operational Excellence Roadmaps to his role as Program Manager. His focus on operational excellence, combined with expertise in process automation and risk management, supports the delivery of practical, effective solutions. He works alongside the team to implement solutions for courts, government agencies, and law firms across the country. Woest received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business and is Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified.
