File & Serve California (FSCA) is a customized eFiling application for the statewide eFiling manager, Odyssey eFileCA.
FSCA is provided by File & ServeXpress, the same company that has provided eFiling and eService in California since 2005. FSCA can be used for eFiling and eService in all California Superior Courts that have gone live on the Odyssey system.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. If you already have an account with Odyssey eFileCA, you can use your existing eFileCA username and password to access FSCA.
No. Your existing firm and user information can be used with FSCA.
Your payment information must be set up in FSCA. Firm Administrators can add payment information through the Payment Accounts section of the application.
FSCA charges a transaction fee for eFiling and eService. Applicable court filing fees and eFileCA convenience fees are additional.

eFileCA requires payment by credit card. Firm Administrators can add payment information through the Payment Accounts section during registration or from the account settings.
Monthly billing may also be available. Contact File & ServeXpress for information about eligibility and setup.
Your previous filings remain available through the eFileCA system. You can continue to access prior filings and eServices through your previous service provider.
Yes. Changing service providers does not change how you receive eService notifications for cases in which you are already participating.
FSCA supports eService through the eFileCA system. You will receive eService and filing notifications through the system based on your participation in the case.
For certain case types and courts, additional eService requirements may apply. Refer to the applicable court rules and procedures for specific requirements.
Cases become available in File & Serve California after you submit a filing for that case. Once you submit your first filing, the case will appear on your Case Overviews page for subsequent filings.
If your document is rejected by the Clerk, court filing fees and applicable processing fees are not charged for the rejected filing.
