In June 2024, the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board (EHB) partnered with File & ServeXpress (FSX) to launch an all-in-one solution that unites eFiling, eService, docketing, and case management in a single, secure environment. The initiative replaced the Board’s legacy adjudication system, which was approaching end-of-life, with a modern, intuitive, and sustainable solution tailored for government agencies.
Challenges
The EHB faced multiple challenges in modernizing its technology. Its legacy system was scheduled for sunset, creating operational and continuity risks, and the Board needed a unified system capable of managing eFiling, eService, and docket search workflows without relying on multiple vendors.
